Almost

The roads looked good and the car was packed. We were on our way to spend Christmas with Ben's family.

Halle did have a fever yesterday and said she wasn't feeling good . . . but did not have a fever this morning . . . so we were sticking with our plan.

Once it was time to actually put kids in the car though, Halle seemed worse. She was shaking and felt really hot. She complained about her throat and stomach hurting. Off to the doctor we went, and strep throat she has.

Poor little thing. She feels pretty terrible. Needless to say, we will not be heading out to be with Ben's family.

What would we do without antibiotics?

I do agree..what would we do without antibiotics? Hopefully she felt good enough to enjoy christmas.

That is a lot of snow!! It looks like Alaska does :) Although we don't close schools for too much snow...schools get closed when it warms up after too much snow (it melts, then freezes and then the roads turn to ice and it's like a ice skating rink)

My mom said that the Adamson side of the family are planning a caravan to Nauvoo in June of 2012 (talk about planning ahead), but I was wondering if you were going to go? That would be fun for our kids to get to know each other...and us to catch up after years of not seeing each other!
